Under the mci group umbrella, our agencies bring together world‑class talent in strategy, creative development, account leadership, technology, production and research to shape meaningful, lasting impact. /p h3Group Legal Counsel Contract Manager /h3 pThe Group Legal Counsel Contract Manager provides practical legal and contracting support across mci group, strengthening contract management, advising internal stakeholders, supporting corporate governance and insurance matters, and helping ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements through collaborative and commercially focused solutions. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liContracting /li liImplement strong SOPs around contracting, contract management, and contract compliance /li liDraft, negotiate, review, and advice on commercial contracts and other legally driven corporate intragroup agreements /li liSupport training and skills-building of mci group staff around legal contracting requirements. /li liLegal advice /li liAdvise on compliance with financial and non-financial disclosure requirements, listing rules, and corporate governance standards /li liClarify legal language and specifications for organization-wide understanding /li liMonitor legal and regulatory changes /li liCorporate governance /li liMaintain mci group entities’ permanent files up to date /li liHandle KYC requests /li liCoordinate updates of authorized signatories /li liInsurance /li liBuild expertise in insurance-related legal matters /li liAct as a reliable liaison between operations, insurance brokers and the group legal function /li liMCI Suisse SA support /li liImplement the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool /li liReview main client and supplier contracts /li liNegotiate with third parties /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liDegree in Law, additional certification is an asset /li li4/5 years of proven experience in a legal department. /li liFluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset. /li liExperience in an international environment /li liHigh degree of professionalism and ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders /li liInteraction with front‑office operational teams /li liSelf‑motivated /li liInnovative mindset /li /ul pLocation: Geneva, Switzerland /p pWorkload: 100% /p pContract type: Permanent contract /p pTeam: HQ Finance /p pmci group is where you can bring your true self to work and be proud of what you do.
