Role Overview
You will be based in one of our European offices as part of our Operations Practice, which helps clients solve complex operational challenges through strategic thinking and practical implementation. Our Service Operations service line focuses on creating and executing service strategies to enhance competitiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency, covering areas from customer services to internal back-office operations.
Your Impact
You will be actively involved in problem-solving for clients, shaping digital agendas, developing operational models, and leading digital transformations using analytics, robotics, and agile methodologies. You will also support strategy development and technology roadmaps for digital service operations, while gaining extensive training, coaching, and mentorship.
Qualifications and Skills
- A master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
- Experience with modern technologies, digital solutions, and robotics, preferably in banking, insurance, software, or related consultancies.
- Proven leadership skills through work or extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
