You will implement business, digital, finance or supply chain transformation projects across our private sector clients. You will be ensuring long term impact delivery including but not limited to : capability building, organizational structure, operational excellence, setting up and executing transformation office, digital transformation, restructuring execution, turnaround execution, M&A post-merger integration or similar.

In this role, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with support of a Delivery Manager or Senior Manager working with McKinsey colleagues and client teams. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of a project. You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream, and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project\’s objectives.
