Your Impact
As a Student Assistant – Professional Development (m/f/d), you will support our Professional Development team in managing our consultants within the Operations Practice in Europe.
Your main tasks will include handling a variety of HR related tasks and processes. You will independently create the weekly send-out of the international project pipeline, assist our team with analyses, project and process planning, and regularly update data in our databases. Your working hours will be approximately 20 hours per week, as agreed upon. Ideally, you will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Your work will help our Professional Development team to perform at their highest efficiency.
You will be based in Munich as part of our Professional Development team in the Operations practice. The European Operations Practice supports companies across all industries in the areas of production, logistics, procurement, product development, service operations, and implementation. Our Professional Development team helps specialized consultants in their career development and achieve their full potential by supporting and managing their staffing, capability building and performance reviews.
Your qualifications and skills
- You are at the beginning of your studies, ideally in business administration, psychology, or social sciences, possibly with a focus on human resources. Other fields of study are also welcome if you have a strong interest in the role
- You have already completed an internship or vocational training
- You enjoy working independently as much as in a team, and you are reliable, committed, and curious
- Your work style is diligent and professional, with excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications
- You have exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- You are available on short notice and are willing to commit to the role for at least twelve months
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
