Our customer base consists of well-known industrial leaders who understand the importance of efficient and reliable power supply.Role descriptionAs the business is growing, we are looking for a part time team accounting and finance lead with a strong focus in financial accounting and ERP knowledge that has the ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining effective leadership and control of our accounting, human resources, purchasing and office activities. The role reports to the CEO.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and group administrationHandle financial accounting, human resources, taxes, payments, and prepare periodical reports and support in the budgeting and forecasting processesCoordinate the implementation of and adherence to internal control policies and proceduresAs the business is developing fast, be driving in the process improvements in the value chain and accounting management functions towards a higher degree as part of implementation of an ERP-system solution based on MS Dynamics 365Qualifications and experience requirementsTwo or more years of practical work experience in financial accountingMinimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administrationProficiency in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAPProfessional experience of purchasing – ideally with a technical understandingExcellent independent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented environmentProactive, not thinking about what needs to be done today, but about what is it going to be done tomorrowAs we are an international team, we expect you to be fluent in EnglishDifferentiatorsInternational work experience and leadershipStrong team-working and excellent interpersonal skillsExperience from ERP-system integration processes or alternative ERP solutionsWe welcome people of different backgrounds and experiences and are committed to building an inclusive work environment that makes Meanwave and our group companies a great home for everyone.
