Quality Assurance Specialist at 100%
Your main tasks Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage quality documentation and ensure its compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Ensure the monitoring of environmental activities and compliance of controlled areas Carry out batch file reviews and participate in release activities Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within operations Participate in internal, external audits and regulatory inspections Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement activities Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with quality standards Participate in regulatory quality activities according to experience and skills Participate in non-conformity management and conduct root cause analyses
Your profile Higher education or equivalent training in quality, life sciences or industry Minimum 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally in the medical device industry Good knowledge of ISO 13485 standard and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices Experience in document management, handling non-conformities and continuous improvement activities Knowledge of quality processes such as CAPA, change management and root cause analyses is an asset Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills Rigorous, autonomous, proactive person who enjoys teamwork Proficient in common IT tools (Office) and comfortable with computerised systems Fluency in French and good level of English
