Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) Information Technology The IT Cybersecurity Team is part of MED-EL's IT department. We are responsible for protecting the company's systems, networks, and information from cyber threats. Working closely with IT and engineering teams, we strengthen security measures, manage incidents, and support secure business operations.Your Tasks Implement, operate, and continuously enhance cybersecurity solutions to protect systems, networks, endpoints, and cloud environmentsMonitor, analyze, prioritize, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and emerging threats, and recommend appropriate mitigation measuresCollaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure architectures, configurations, and processes across the organizationSupport the investigation and remediation of security incidents, including incident response and forensic activitiesAutomate and optimize cybersecurity processes to improve efficiency and qualityYour Profile Bachelor's degree or higher (University/FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 3-4 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, or Security EngineeringHands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: endpoint security, security monitoring, vulnerability management, network and infrastructure security, or cloud securityExperience with scripting and automation is desiredStrong problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and collaborative working styleExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
