Our focus is on endpoints, virtual workspaces, automation, and user experience, enabling productive, secure, and seamless ways of working.Your Tasks Manage and continuously enhance our global endpoint environment to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplaceSupport and optimize virtual workplace solutions, providing applications and desktop environments for colleagues worldwideImplement automation, compliance, and security measures to improve the reliability, quality, and performance of workplace servicesMonitor, analyze, and continuously improve the digital employee experience while supporting troubleshooting activitiesContribute ideas, drive innovation, and take ownership of implementation projects in close collaboration with the teamYour Profile Bachelor ́s degree or higher (University/FH) in IT or a related field, with a strong interest in modern workplace technologiesAt least two years of professional experience in endpoint management, client systems, or digital workplace solutions across on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environmentsSolid knowledge of client operating systems and experience with software deployment, endpoint management, automation, or virtual workplace technologiesStrong motivation to continuously develop your skills, embrace change, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance employee experienceExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
