Job Description
As an ERP Business Solutions Analyst, you will act as the link between the IT department and our entities to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your tasks will include supporting the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches, organizing workshops as needed to facilitate adoption, analyzing branch-specific needs, conducting user testing, and facilitating change management efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field with solid experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business Central.
- Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations.
- Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions.
- Excellent English skills and good German skills; any additional language is a plus.
