Your Tasks
- Manage our global endpoint environment, ensuring seamless integration and cutting-edge performance
- Manage our hybrid virtual desktop infrastructure and environments to stream business applications and desktops to our colleagues around the globe
- Implement controls and automation to ensure the reliability, security and compliance of our digital workplace
- Monitor and enhance the digital user experience proactively
- Contribute ideas and take responsibility for their implementation in collaboration with the team
Your Profile
- Passionate about innovative technologies and strong interest in the IT landscape on-premise as well as in the cloud
- At least two years of experience with Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager; experience with Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop or Jamf (for Mac management) is a plus
- A deep knowledge of Windows client operating systems; knowledge for Apple Mac OS X and scripting technologies (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus
- Motivation to improve own skills and drive change to stay innovative and provide our colleagues the greatest user experience possible
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is a plus but not required
