At our location in An unserem Standort Wedel near Hamburg, we are looking for a Global HR Group Manager (all genders).
About the role
In this position you will assume a central role at the interface between the Commercial business area and HR in an international pharmaceutical company.
You will act as a trusted contact for managers and employees, supporting them in all HR-related matters – from operational topics through to strategic change processes.
In close collaboration with Global Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, HR Services and People & Organisational Development, you will ensure holistic and professional HR support for the business area.
You will use Workday® as a management tool, advise managers on reporting and analysis options and support them in data-based decision-making.
In addition, you will contribute your experience in employment law matters and in working with employee representative bodies, confidently moderate challenging discussions and strengthen a constructive feedback and team culture.
In your global role, you will actively maintain relationships with HR Partners in the countries, ensure targeted communication with relevant stakeholders and help shape the global HR agenda.
In addition to taking ownership of HR projects, you will contribute to the further development of the international HR community through active networking and best-practice sharing while supporting group-wide HR future topics.
