In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global medical strategy for the designated therapeutic focus areas Rheuma­tology, Urology, Onco­logy and Suppor­tive Thera­pies. You will lead a team of scientific-medical professio­nals, drive cross-functional collabo­ration, and ensure the inte­gration of medical insights into product strategies to support the overall business objectives.Key Responsi­bilitiesLead and further develop the Global Medical Affairs department in alignment with business unit goalsDefine, implement, and oversee the medical strategy for assigned focus areas and integrate medical strategies into broader product strategies to ensure alignment across functionsServe as primary medical represen­tative and point of contact for all scientific and medical inquiriesManage and prioritize departmental activities and resources, including financial and human capitalBuild and maintain a robust network of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Develop and implement stakeholder-oriented training conceptsYour ProfileAdvanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred) doctorate (PhD or MD) is of advantageProven experience in medical affairs leader­ship roles, ideally in a global settingStrong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex medical insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and stake­holder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage depart­mental budgetsWe offer: Your work-life balance is important to us.
