Buyer:
For our Purchasing Department we are looking for a young and dynamic professional who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities in order to ensure that the supply of goods, materials, and services is managed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support the purchase of goods, materials, and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets;
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule;
- Manage relationships with suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures;
- Prepare reports and updates;
- Organize shipments to/from Suppliers;
Required Skills:
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar education;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same function in a manufacturing company;
- Fluent in English and German;
- Experience of working closely with suppliers;
- Able to add value, reduce costs, and contribute to business improvements;
- Knowledge of accounts payable.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills;
- Resourcefulness and dynamic skills;
- Good organizational skills.
