Buyer:

For our Purchasing Department we are looking for a young and dynamic professional who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities in order to ensure that the supply of goods, materials, and services is managed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the purchase of goods, materials, and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets;
2. Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule;
3. Manage relationships with suppliers;
4. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures;
5. Prepare reports and updates;
6. Organize shipments to/from Suppliers;

Required Skills:

Hard Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar education;
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the same function in a manufacturing company;
3. Fluent in English and German;
4. Experience of working closely with suppliers;
5. Able to add value, reduce costs, and contribute to business improvements;
6. Knowledge of accounts payable.

Soft Skills:

1. Good communication skills;

3. Good organizational skills.
