The candidate will join the team responsible for implementing industrial costing policies and procedures aligned with the company's objectives and goals, reporting directly to the Industrial Costing Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities: collecting data related to industrial costs (materials and transformation costs); performing variance analysis; transformation costs verification and approval; other activities related to the role. Hard Skills degree in a Technical or Economical field, management Engineering or Industrial Engineering is considered a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic experience with ERP systems; good knowledge of industrial costing techniques; good knowledge of financial and accounting principles; basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, higher is considered a plus; english proficiency: B2 (upper intermediate). Soft Skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential; goal-oriented; effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate with various departments; concreteness, Seriousness and Accuracy; available to travel, even for long periods, if necessary.
