pAs Digital Supply Chain Manager, you will drive the digital development of our Supply Chain – from the strategic roadmap and future system and data landscape to the implementation of analytics and automation solutions.br/Working at the intersection of Supply Chain, IT and Business Intelligence, you will translate operational requirements into scalable digital and data-driven solutions. You combine analytical and conceptual thinking with a hands-on mindset, take ownership of key digitalization and analytics topics, and help make our Supply Chain more transparent, data-driven and efficient. /ph3Digital Supply Chain Manager 100% /h3h3Your responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and drive the end-to-end Supply Chain digitalization roadmap in close collaboration with Supply Chain, IT and Business Intelligence. /liliLead digitalization projects from requirements and solution design through implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners. /liliShape the future Supply Chain system and data architecture and contribute to relevant system and architecture decisions. /liliOwn the SCM KPI and reporting framework, establishing consistent definitions and calculation logic as a reliable single source of truth. /liliDesign, develop and continuously improve Power BI reports and data models based on SAP Datasphere data products – with a clear hands-on responsibility. /liliTranslate business requirements from Supply Chain teams into practical digital, analytics and data solutions. /liliIdentify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, develop business cases and drive selected use cases into implementation. /liliAct as the functional Supply Chain interface for SAP S/4HANA and data-related topics, contributing to analytics requirements and master data quality. /liliUniversity degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or a comparable field. /liliAround 3 years or more of relevant experience in Supply Chain digitalization, analytics or comparable transformation projects, including project management responsibility. /liliStrong experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX, combined with a solid understanding of KPI frameworks and data analytics. /liliExperience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere as well as a good understanding of data structures; SQL and data pipeline knowledge are an advantage. /liliStrong ability to understand Supply Chain processes and translate business needs into structured system, data and reporting solutions. /liliAnalytical and conceptual thinker with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach and the willingness to work hands-on. /liliConfident communicator who can collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, IT, BI, management and external partners. /liliFluent in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pThis is an integral, responsible and diversified role with a focus on quality and service provision in a rapidly growing, international company. /ph3About Medartis /h3pAt Medartis, we combine innovative solutions with skilled professionals to be the provider of choice in orthopaedics.
