This is a primarily hands-on role focused on diagnosing and repairing CNC machines and supporting utilities such as compressors and water systems, executing preventive maintenance per the maintenance software, keeping maintenance logs accurate and up to date, managing the spare parts stock for critical components, and assisting the Plant Engineer with building work. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liPerforming regular maintenance work on machines, equipment, and systems to ensure they function properly and to minimize downtime /li liIdentifying and resolving malfunctions or problems during operation to ensure production continuity /li liDeveloping and implementing preventive maintenance plans for early detection and avoidance of potential problems /li liCarefully documenting all maintenance work, repairs, and replacement parts /li liMaintaining maintenance logs to ensure complete records of work performed, problems identified, and their solutions via maintenance software /li liWorking closely with other departments and external machine manufacturers /li liCompliance with and implementation of all relevant safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance work to prevent accidents and injuries /li liActive participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and internal small projects to increase efficiency and quality. /li liComplies with and enforces guidelines, regulations, and Medartis values. /li liSupports the implementation of actions or measures in the area that have been identified in workshops, projects, or Shopfloor meetings, or implements themself. /li liMaintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment /li liExpertise in quickly and accurately identifying machine malfunctions and developing effective solutions /li liCareful documentation of all maintenance and repair work /li liHas knowledge of OSHA standards and keeps the team up to date with standards changes /li liAbility to organize and maintain a spare parts stock /li liGuiding and motivating team members and helping to ensure a productive work environment. /li liIndustry and/or trade school certification in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields with focus on hands on problem solving /li liOptional Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering with the goal of expanding hands-on expertise /li liLean management certifications are an advantage /li liOSHA certification is an advantage /li liMin. 2 years of maintenance work performed in a manufacturing or agricultural environment /li liExperience in regulated Environment /li liGood written and spoken English skills /li liConfident usage of MS 365 Apps /li liExperience in the use of maintenance management software /li liWilling to keep learning and participate in local education programs /li liCan communicate and work effectively within a team /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThis is an integral, responsible and diversified role with a focus on quality and service provision in a rapidly growing, international company. /p pFor further information please visit our Website /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
