We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager NICU & Maternity Care Europe (m/f /d) to join our team.

As the bridge between global product management and European markets , you’ll lead launches, shape strategy, and ensure impactful positioning. Working closely with sales, marketing, and medical affairs, you’ll translate market needs into action. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset —ready to make a real impact in the healthcare space.

This is what you can move

  • Translate and implement global strategy for the assigned NICU & Maternity Care portfolio, tailoring the approach to regional market needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that aligns with global objectives, addressing local market demands to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of product launches and key business initiatives, driving results across all stages.
  • Create and roll out regional positioning, messaging, and sales toolkits, while providing comprehensive training to sales teams on effective implementation.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the success of initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure long-term profitability and sustainable growth of the assigned category.
  • Act as a strategic partner and key point of contact for all stakeholders, providing valuable market insights and ensuring alignment with business goals.

What you bring along

  • Experienced marketing professional with at least 5 years in operational marketing execution or product management, working closely with sales.
  • Proven track record in successfully launching global/regional initiatives and driving regionally relevant marketing projects.
  • Background in the Medical Device Industry is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and project management expertise to handle multiple functional areas effectively.
  • Execution-driven, solution-oriented, and highly self-motivated, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization, adapting to change, and driving results while embodying company values.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
