Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Job description

To strengthen our team in Reutlingen, Munich or Hamburg, we are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/d).

As Senior Solution Consultant at iPoint Systems, you are the interface between our customers and our innovative solutions in the area of product/material compliance & sustainability. You are able to translate complex regulatory requirements into customized solutions and to strategically support our customers in optimizing their processes.

Your profile

• Education : Degree in natural sciences, sustainability, engineering, or economics.
• Experience : Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a pre-sales, technical consulting role, or in relevant industries such as automotive, electronics, or manufacturing.
• Expertise : In-depth knowledge of product compliance, sustainability, PCF, LCA, CSRD, and experience communicating at different hierarchy levels.
• Soft skills : Openness, curiosity, empathy, frustration tolerance, strategic thinking, and a strong customer focus.
• Languages : Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Technical skills : Confident in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally knowledge of the MEDDIC sales approach.

Your mission

• Consulting and customer care : You analyze customer requirements and identify tailored solutions from our portfolio. In doing so, you act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers.
• Collaboration with sales : You actively support our sales team in all phases – from discovery and value pitching to the creation of scoping documents and statements of work.
• Creation of sales and consulting materials : You develop documents and materials to strategically support sales.
• Market and demand analysis : You identify market and product potential and feed your insights into product development.
• Representation : You represent iPoint at industry conferences and workshops, thus contributing to the positioning of our brand as a market leader.
