Your mission

We are a growing company developing a B2B cloud based solution to help our customers to track their assets and optimize their processes.

You help our team to enhance existing services, implement new features that bring value for our customers, or track down bugs. Throughout this, you keep an eye on reoccurring problems and try to solve them. You support other team members in completing their tasks and foster knowledge sharing.

Potential Topics

1. Help product management analyze new requirements and features from a technical perspective
2. Design, implement, maintain and document new and existing cloud services within the team
3. Ensure high code quality standards through code reviews and automated testing
4. Evolve technical and strategic relevant development topics
5. Help us further improve our development workflow
6. Grow with the company and build multiple developments teams to certain topics

This full-time position is remote first, but we also occasionally value working together in our office in the Munich area.

Who you are

· Experienced Developer

You consider yourself to work at senior level with a proven track record of shipping solutions. When people come to you with their problems and while you can’t know everything by heart, you know where to look or how to find out.

· Team Player

You can easily become a part of our collaborative team, helping to create a supportive and productive atmosphere. You bring in your technical expertise and drive technical excellence within the team.

· Familiarity with Programming & Tech

Ideally, you are already familiar with some of the following technologies: TypeScript, Elixir, AWS, Docker, React. You are experienced with modern cloud architecture and development techniques.

· Organization & Mode of Work

You\’re used to dividing larger topics into separate solvable technical challenges. You come up with a plan on how to reach sound solution.

· Leadership Potential

You’re looking forward to grow into leading specific areas of our solution, taking ownership and driving projects forward.

· Spoken Word

You speak English fluently with regard to technical topics. German is a plus.
