The Regional Account Director will be responsible for managing all social media channels within a designated region. This includes developing content and channel strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and managing digital projects. A key aspect of the role is fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring project deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels to ensure growth and high-quality execution.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Community Managers, focusing on their development and performance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track costs, and drive profitability while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and foster long-term relationships.
Weekly Activities:
- Review client briefings, set priorities, and guide the team on project execution.
- Manage budgets and ensure timely project delivery.
- Attend internal and client meetings, providing updates on market developments.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to the EMEA Business Director.
- Manages a team within the designated market, including Project Managers and Community Managers.
