The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing program requirements and developing computer applications by performing the following duties:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTION

• Support of our partners and customers in the implementation of demanding ECM / DMS projects with ELO ECM.
• Analysis, recording and realization of multi-layered business requirements in projects.
• Planning and optimization of business processes and the ready-to-use provision of software solutions at the customer's site.
• Conception of IT projects as well as assumption of (partial) project management and project documentation.
• Support of the sales department in the context of presales assignments.
• Testing, installation and commissioning of the appropriate software tools - independently or in a team with your colleagues.
• Cooperate with end users helping resolve issues.
• Work in an agile team setup using Kanban boards in Jira/Atlassian.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have abilities in the following areas:

• Successfully completed training or studies in the IT field.
• Several years of professional/project experience in consulting-intensive business areas.
• Basic knowledge of project-specific individual development or interface programming (Java, Java Script, VB, C, or similar).
• Conceptual strength, independence, and customer orientation.
• Confident appearance and ability to work in a team as well as flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Analytical skills and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to follow defined development design/delivery standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good formal and informal communication skills inside and outside the team.
• Pragmatic and strong in execution and a team player.
• Knowledge of ELO ECM or a DMS solution is a plus.
