Teamlead Campaign Managment Retail Media (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

Your Tasks

• Leadership and development of an international Campaign Management and Partner Operations team, with a focus on Türkiye, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Poland and the International Sales team
• Responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of Retail Media and Partner Marketing campaigns across the assigned markets
• Operational responsibility for the campaign management of our advertising portfolio, including Sponsored Product Ads (SPA), Sponsored Brand Ads (SBA), Programmatic Display Ads (PDA), In-Store Ads and A+ Content
• Advancement of onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support of partners utilizing self-service advertising solutions and our data-sharing platform
• Management of partner relationships and support of adoption, growth, and operational excellence across self-service platforms
• Oversight of the implementation and operational management of data-sharing solutions, enabling partners to leverage retail and campaign performance insights
• Continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
• Management of capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization within the team
• Close collaboration with Sales, Client Success, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring of operational KPIs and implementation of measures to improve performance and delivery quality
• Support the expansion and scaling of the European Retail Media business through operational excellence and process harmonization
• Coaching, development, and empowerment of team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in campaign management, digital advertising, media, e-commerce, retail media, or a related environment
• Proven experience in the leadership and development of international teams
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and campaign execution processes
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions and organisational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and results-oriented working style
• Ability to drive operational excellence while supporting strategic transformation initiatives
• Experience with marketing technology, advertising platforms, CRM, or campaign management tools
• Strong communication skills in international business environments
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
• Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and decision-making ability
