- Active contribution to development of business plans and business strategies
- Cross-divisional project management, esp. at the intersection of Product & Sales
- Strengthening and optimization of cross-divisional collaboration, both including processes as well as methodologies, e.g., Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
- Market monitoring of current as well as possible future trends to derive data-based, strategic implications for MMS Retail Media; this also includes the analysis of key competitors
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Retail Media-representations at events and conferences
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related area (ideally with Master’s degree/MBA)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context
- Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and changes
- Basic understanding of Retail Media ecosystems as well as value chain
- Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills
- Strength in communication with clear customer focus, esp. strong presentation skills incl. PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented, self-responsible way of working
- Fluent in German and English; both spoken and written
