Manager Facility Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Governance and control of facility management processes across organizational units
• Development and implementation of strategies for commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management
• Budget planning, KPI monitoring, and sustainability performance oversight
• Process optimization and introduction of modern technologies (e.g., IoT) to enhance efficiency
• Performance monitoring and quality assurance across portfolios
• Reporting, benchmarking, and KPI evaluation to support strategic decisions
• Cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Sustainability departments
• Coordination with country representatives and support of international projects

Your Profile

• University degree in Construction, Technical Facility Management, or Building Services, combined with knowledge in Economics, Finance, and Legal basics
• Several years of professional experience in building services or a related field, ideally with international and retail exposure
• Knowledge of relevant DIN/EN/ ISO Norms and being familiar with the Eurpoean market
• Proven experience in data analysis, KPI development, and reporting
• Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
• Working proficiency in English and German
• Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
• Efficient time management and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
