Your Tasks

  • Strategic development and integration of the newsletter and push notification channels into the overarching CRM and marketing strategy within the retail media business
  • End-to-end product ownership for the newsletter and push notification channels: from concept and implementation to testing, analysis, and optimization
  • Briefing, coordination, and prioritization of requirements for internal teams (e.g. CRM, UX, Data, Sales) and external service providers
  • Close collaboration with content, CRM, and performance marketing teams to ensure cross-channel consistency
  • Support in developing segmentation and personalization strategies (e.g. using behavioral data)
  • Assistance in setting up and monitoring automated campaigns (e.g. welcome journeys, transactional emails)
  • Execution of A/B tests and contribution to performance analyses
  • Monitoring of market and technology trends to continuously improve tools and methodologies in use

Your Profile

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science or a comparable field
  • Experience in digital product management, ideally with a focus on CRM, email marketing, or mobile push notifications
  • Solid knowledge of newsletter tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Initial experience with common email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze) is a plus
  • First-hand experience with automation, customer journeys, and personalization
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and key performance indicators (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience using A/B testing tools and in optimizing usability
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
