Job Description
A private family in Jeddah wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained private physician to take up the long-term family appointment. The family wants a physician of quiet competence backed by a clear head in every situation. At the start of every European season, the private physician goes with them, and the trust built at home carries across borders. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family is your employer in a direct agreement, once our verification of your registration is complete. Requirements We require a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) from a UK or European body. You bring 5 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience. UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every private physician we introduce; this is checked before any introduction. Confident spoken and written English and a signed NDA are expected from day one. Tact, calm authority and ease around a private household are essential. The family expects you to be willing to join European and international trips with documents always in order. Benefits The salary is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, on a permanent basis, set for the private physician role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Covered by the family: your accommodation within the family's residence, and flights. Generous annual leave, home flights and a dependable long-term arrangement are included. The family appoints you in a direct agreement, once our verification of your registration is complete. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
