We are mandated by a private family in Dubai to place a UK & European-trained Private Physician. The post suits a physician who values continuity and measured judgement, and honesty about your record matters. The same clinician stays with the family, from Dubai to London and the Côte d'Azur and medical care remains in one pair of hands. We verify your credentials, then make the introduction; the family engages you itself, on terms you negotiate together. Requirements
Family medicine doctor (GP) on a current register, whose registration is current in a UK or European system. A minimum of 3+ years of verified experience is needed, and a clear record of responsibility. Every candidate we put forward trained in the UK or Europe, at every level of seniority. English must be fluent, as the family often works in it, and discretion is expected at all times. Nothing is presented to the family until we have seen your documents, and you will know exactly what has been verified. Salary: £218,000 a year gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence is supplied by the family. Time off is provided by the family, along with long-term security of tenure. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
