The Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to drive the adoption of Medimaps TBS software among radiologists and physicians across Europe. This role is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the healthcare technology space by selling a proven, innovative solution to a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including radiologists, physicians, and healthcare organizations, across Europe.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are fully aligned with Medimaps’ sales goals.
- Provide training and support to distributors to optimize their performance in promoting Medimaps TBS.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and execute outbound sales activities targeting hundreds of potential customers.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed reporting on all sales activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to position Medimaps effectively.
- Act as a Medimaps ambassador at conferences, trade shows, and other professional events.
What do you need to succeed?
- A minimum of 3 years of experience successfully selling SaaS software to radiologists or physicians.
- A proven “hunter” profile with a track record of achieving or exceeding quantifiable sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with customers and drive decision-making.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a clear advantage.
- Proficient in Salesforce with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage sales pipelines and outbound sales campaigns.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Only open to Swiss and EU Citizens or Swiss work permit holders.
