Sales Specialist (all genders)
Your area of responsibility:
- Project execution including pricing with major customers
- Preparation and submission of quotations with project scheduling
- Execution of price negotiations and contract conclusions
- Budget preparation regarding sales and earnings in the defined customer area, monitoring progress and taking measures to achieve targets
- Maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer loyalty
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to convince potential customers of the benefits of the product
- Work closely with the branding team to develop sales promotions, provide marketing materials, and generate leads
- Continuously monitor the market and competitive situation
- Capture and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Collecting customer feedback to identify improvement potential and adjust the product or service accordingly
- Further development to Junior Key Account Manager is possible

That distinguishes you:
- Completed commercial education or related degree, e.g. in Sales
- Experience in sales of health and wellness products is a plus
- Results-oriented thinking and ability to meet sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also able to work in a team environment and willing to collaborate
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive and self-reliant way of working
- Fluent in German and English
