You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, as well HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver best candidate experience. Job responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Europe, with focus on DACH region, while supporting selected global recruitment projects. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. Lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, coordinate interview processes, manage offers, and support onboarding activities. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Talent Sourcing additional language skills are considered an asset.
