A Day in the Life

Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie die Zukunft in einem Wachstumsmarkt mitgestalten können. Werden Sie Mitglied eines innovativen und hoch motivierten Teams. Diese Position umfasst die Region Großraum Gebiet Deutschland West und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Erreichen von Umsatz- und Gewinnzielen durch den Aufbau von potenziellen strategischen Großkunden
• Komplettes Cranial Spinal Technologies-Produktportfolio (Implantat Investition- und Verbrauchsgüter sowie spezifische Dienstleistung)
• Die Portfolio-Verantwortung von bestehenden Key-Accounts und die Koordination vertriebsunterstützender Aktivitäten
• Erstellen und Implementieren von Business Cases und Finanzierungskonzepten
• Intensives Netzwerk zu Marketing, Kapitalverkaufsspezialisten, SAM-Managern und weiteren internen Stakeholdern

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder klinische/medizinische Ausbildung (Bachelor/Master)
• Nachgewiesene außergewöhnliche Erfolge und konsequentes Wachstum
• Vorhandenes Kundennetzwerk und hohe Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Beziehungen auf Geschäftsführung – Ebene (C-level)
• Erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheitsmarkt sowie des Reimbursements
• Sehr Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
