Overview
In this role, you will drive clinical trial site management and data quality for renal denervation studies within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies portfolio. You’ll serve as the field-facing liaison, building strong investigator relationships and ensuring studies run in compliance with regulations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate sites, train staff, and monitor study progress at a European level. This position offers global impact through innovative cardiovascular therapies and patient-centered outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Select and activate clinical sites and set up study protocols
- Provide site training and support enrollment and case coverage
- Maintain regular communication with investigators and coordinators on-site and remotely
- Monitor data quality and oversee study closure activities
- Assist in device allocation, distribution, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Monitoring, Data Management, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Sales, Legal)
- Identify and mitigate quality risks and site issues during studies
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and study management processes
- Oversee CRO activities and participate in ongoing training
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of clinical research experience OR Advanced degree with 2 years of clinical research experience
- Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Problem-solving with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with clinical devices or catheterization labs is a plus
- Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements; professional clinical research certification is advantageous
