Overview
You will lead CathWorks CWX training and adoption across hospitals in Switzerland and Austria, collaborating with cardiology teams and sales to enable effective use of the CWX suite. You’ll design and deliver training, support early implementation, and build trainer networks to scale knowledge. The role blends technical training with stakeholder coordination to drive healthcare innovation and better patient outcomes. This position offers regional travel, remote work options, and the chance to shape how CathWorks transforms coronary assessments.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate and execute initial training sessions for the CWX suite, including shadowing users, theoretical instruction, and assisting with first clinical procedures
- Support CWX adoption during early implementation by partnering with local Sales Reps and aligning with WE HQ metrics
- Conduct follow-up training when new tools or features are introduced
- Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases to achieve certification in CWX usage
- Assist local commercial teams in delivering product presentations and demos in target accounts
- Provide train-the-trainer resources to hospital staff so they can independently train others on CWX
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a closely related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in computer science or technology implementation within healthcare, with focus on medical systems integration
- Strong knowledge of angiograms and cardiac anatomy, with expertise in imaging technologies
- Proven project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute programs against timelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve problems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 80% within residence country and across key EU countries
