Oversee the activities of the UCI’s judicial bodies, including drafting decisions, coordinating cases handled by members of the department and managing the related budgets;Contribute to drafting documents relating to the governance of the UCI and its Continental Confederations, including the Constitution and other institutional documents;Oversee matters relating to the governance of UCI member National Federations;Participate in the negotiation, drafting and monitoring of the implementation of selected contracts (event organisation, sponsorship, media, etc.);Contribute to the management of strategic matters relating to the organisation and regulation of cycling;Participate in drafting sporting regulations for the various cycling disciplines;Liaise with external counsel representing the UCI in court proceedings or arbitration matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
