Role Reporting to the Account Director, you lead a portfolio of prestigious client accounts, delivering tailor‑made luxury Brand Experiences. You cultivate exclusive relationships, ensure flawless execution, and embody the agency’s commitment to excellence, creativity, and premium hospitality services.
Leadership & Relationship Management
Planning of operational roles within their event / project teams;
Help the Account Director in the planning of operational roles within the BU;
Coaching project development teams and participating in the realisation of concepts and proposals;
Develop strategic growth plans for high-end clients;
Lead and coach the team with a focus on excellence and creativity;
Manage the team on a daily basis (administrative stuff, planning…)
Foster long‑term, trust‑based relationships with luxury clients;
Represent Black Flower Agency at premium industry events and social gatherings.
Project Management
Oversee proposals and client presentations with precision and elegance;
Supervise project execution, ensuring quality, budget control, and client satisfaction;
Lead the conception and delivery of bespoke travel experiences, including transportation, accommodation, concierge services, VIP access, and destination management.
Collaborate with production teams to deliver immersive brand experiences;
Ensure hospitality services reflect the highest standards of guest management;
Support cross‑functional collaboration across business units;
Monitor KPIs and lead post‑event debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
Hospitality Programs
Design and oversee end‑to‑end luxury hospitality programs, ensuring seamless guest journeys from invitation through post‑event follow‑up;
Ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the client’s brand standards, delivering exceptional levels of personalization, discretion, and service excellence;
Establish hospitality excellence frameworks, service protocols, and quality standards across all international events and experiences;
Act as the senior escalation point for key clients, ensuring rapid decision‑making and flawless issue resolution throughout project lifecycles;
Drive innovation in luxury experiences by identifying emerging hospitality, travel, and experiential trends relevant to premium brands.
Financial Management
Manage overall account portfolio budgets with strategic foresight;
Proper reconciliation (operational, financial) of all projects handled by their event / project teams;
Ensuring the profitability of the events and projects organized, managing and verifying all income and expenditure;
Contribute to agency growth through client retention, business development support, and strategic account expansion.
Administration and IT
Maintain accurate records and tools to support operational excellence;
Promote best practices in CRM and reporting systems.
Qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in luxury event management, hospitality, incentive travel, or experiential marketing, preferably within an international agency environment;
Strong background in delivering high‑end experiences for international clients;
Proven expertise in designing and delivering high‑end hospitality programs, VIP experiences and luxury travel activations;
Experience managing Director‑level relationships in global corporations;
Strong leadership in managing mid‑size to large teams;
Strong network of premium hospitality, travel, venue, and destination management partners across key international markets;
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑country projects involving high‑profile guests, C‑level executives, UHNWIs, and luxury brand stakeholders;
Deep understanding of luxury service standards, guest experience design, protocol management, and personalized client servicing;
Fluent English required; French mandatory; Italian considered a strong asset;
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools;
Experience in marketing, communication and brand experience is a key bonus;
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills;
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments with demanding timelines and uncompromising quality expectations;
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities;
Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standards;
