Position Summary We are supporting a leading global biopharma company in finding an experienced
Clinical Trial Manager
- Data Monitoring to join their established clinical operations team! This unique role blends traditional study management with a strong emphasis on data monitoring, ensuring the flawless execution of a diverse portfolio of clinical studies.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a structured, hands‑on professional to take ownership of end‑to‑end study delivery within a highly rigorous and supportive global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Study Oversight:
Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and logistical activities of clinical studies from site selection and initiation through to monitoring and close‑out.
Data Monitoring Focus:
Drive data quality and tracking, ensuring key performance indicators are met and study delivery aligns with strict quality standards.
Regulatory & Documentation:
Manage regulatory and contractual coordination, maintaining essential study documentation with the highest level of accuracy.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a central point of contact for cross‑functional internal teams, external investigators, and research partners.
Site Management:
Track progress at the site level to ensure high quality, compliance, and smooth timeline execution, with regular travel as required.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record in clinical trial management or senior study coordination within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry.
Data Monitoring Expertise:
Strong background or distinct focus on data monitoring, data quality tracker management, and study KPIs.
Compliance & Quality:
Thorough understanding of global clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and regulatory/contractual coordination.
Soft Skills:
Highly structured, autonomous, and rigorous with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
Logistics:
Ability to commit to an on‑site working schedule in Lachen.
