Join a Global Medical Affairs team shaping the future of neurology. We're hiring a Global Medical Lead (m/f/d) to own the global medical strategy for an established neurology brand targeting Motor System Disorders, including post-stroke spasticity and cervical dystonia.

Working cross-functionally and with international partners across 80+ countries, you'll drive scientific excellence, evidence generation, and high-impact medical initiatives that support portfolio growth. You'll report into the Head of Global Medical Affairs and play a central role in defining global priorities.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the global medical strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Provide medical leadership across global, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive evidence generation (Phase IV, RWE, investigator-initiated studies)
  • Lead scientific exchange via congresses, advisory boards, and expert engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with KOLs, academic partners, and patient communities
  • Oversee publication planning and scientific communications
  • Deliver global medical education and training initiatives
  • Review/approve medical content and materials
  • Gather insights to continuously refine strategy and priorities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent advanced scientific degree
  • Strong Medical Affairs track record in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ideally experience in Neurology / Movement Disorders (highly preferred)
  • Solid background in clinical research, evidence generation, and publications
  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex data for varied audiences
  • Collaborative, proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (up to ~30%)
