The opportunity (Role summary)As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Gynaecological Oncology in Germany, you will build and nurture scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical investigators focused on women’s cancers.
You will serve as a trusted scientific partner, driving evidence-based discussions and developing regional engagement strategies that incorporate digital channels.
Working closely with external experts and internal teams, you will contribute to the advancement of oncology therapies and support the expansion of innovative treatments across the region.
Key responsibilities Develop strategic partnerships with external experts, investigators, and study groups working in women’s cancers.
Conduct scientific discussions grounded in evidence, fostering collaborative projects with healthcare professionals.
Build, expand, and maintain a robust regional network of medical and scientific partners.
Design and implement a forward-looking regional engagement strategy utilizing omnichannel digital platforms.
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on scientific and operational goals.
Represent the company at medical conferences and advisory boards, delivering insights that support product development and education.
What you’ll bring A Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences; a Ph D or equivalent is preferred.
Several years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a field-based Medical Affairs role within Gynaecological Oncology or Oncology.
Strong scientific expertise and extensive knowledge of oncology, particularly women’s cancers.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic and creative thinking.
A proactive, confident working style with high resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
Fluent in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
Compensation & benefits This role offers a minimum salary of 120,000.
