Senior Manager, Global Labelling Compliance
Are you an experienced Global Labelling professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing global biopharmaceutical company?
We're partnering with an innovative organisation seeking a Senior Manager, Global Labelling Compliance to play a key role in ensuring global labelling activities remain compliant, inspection-ready, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
This is a highly collaborative position working across Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead global labelling compliance activities across commercial products.
- Oversee the distribution, tracking, implementation, and reporting of global labelling updates.
- Manage compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive process improvements.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, CAPA development, and audit readiness activities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for global label tracking systems, including RIMS and document management systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of labelling changes worldwide.
- Review and monitor quality events, deviations, and change controls related to labelling activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global labelling processes, systems, and governance.
- Represent Global Labelling on cross-functional product teams and regulatory initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in Global Labelling, Regulatory Affairs, or Labelling Compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of global labelling regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections, audits, CAPAs, and quality systems.
- Hands-on experience with Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS), EDMS, or other labelling management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
