Due to the size and structure of individual locations, we do not offer apprenticeships at all German locations and not in every training year.
As part of their training, warehouse logistics specialists primarily focus on the setup and organization of a company’s logistics structures and processes (storage and transport of goods). This also includes cross‑functional topics such as occupational safety and environmental protection.
Training as a warehouse logistics specialist provides a solid foundation for future careers in both commercial and technical‑industrial fields across nearly every industry.
Training duration: 3 years.

Office management assistants are specialists in text creation and communication. As part of their training, they learn to use modern communication technology to create and manage correspondence, statistics and files, keep diaries and vacation lists, plan, prepare and assist with travel, meetings and events. You will also be entrusted with accounting tasks (e.g. invoice control, account assignment and posting).
Training duration: 3 years (only at the Hamburg headquarters, shortening to 2.5 years possible).

During their training, e‑commerce merchants acquire comprehensive know‑how about digital sales channels and customer communication. They analyze key figures, assess e‑business sales channels and develop them further. They also gain an insight into operational processes in wholesale.
Training duration: 3 years (only at the Hamburg headquarters, can be shortened to 2.5 years).

During their training, wholesale and foreign trade management trainees learn about the roles and importance of wholesale and foreign trade for a country’s overall economy, as well as the internal structures of wholesale companies. In addition, they acquire the knowledge and skills needed to advise customers on products and services, either in person or over the phone.
At MEGA, trainees in wholesale and foreign trade management also gain exposure to many other departments, such as finance and accounting or marketing, including the e‑business sector. Furthermore, even during their vocational training, they are assigned small projects that they plan and execute independently.
Training as a wholesale and foreign trade management specialist provides an excellent foundation for working in virtually any commercial field later on.
