Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the management with strategic, operational, and administrative tasks
- Management and coordination of own projects on behalf of the management
- Communication interface to all areas of the group of companies
- Professional preparation and creation of presentations and correspondence
- Coordination of appointments, preparation and follow-up of meetings, and follow-up of agreed measures
- Participation in the coordination and content preparation of customer visits and trade fair appointments
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a management consultancy
- Understanding of the overall economic context and the future-oriented, value-enhancing development of the company
- Result orientation and quality standards
- Rhetorical skills and assertiveness
- Motivation, sense of responsibility, loyalty, and discretion
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident handling of MS 365
