Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for supporting the contracting partners.
• You act as a consultant, providing guidance on maintaining the required quality level and optimizing the manufacturing process with regard to quality requirements.
• You take on the proactive support of production sites and partners for the production areas of Workwear/Pouches/Backpacks with the aim of achieving sustainable zero-defect production.
• Your tasks also include structured and analytical process monitoring for early and prioritized error identification.
• You are responsible for monitoring, explaining, and implementing technical parameters, requirements, and quality guidelines for textile products before, during, and after production.
• Furthermore, you assist in the product development phase, the industrialization phase, and in logistical commercial processes.
• You support the continuous development of new and existing suppliers according to manufacturer requirements.
• You ensure smooth handling of external and internal complaint processes.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in Textile Management or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience as a travel technician.
• You possess good knowledge of business administration concerning logistical and planning processes and functions.
• You have product and material expertise for assessing tasks and related processes.
• You have excellent knowledge of textile sewing techniques.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office products.
• You have the ability to communicate with intercultural groups, motivate them, and provide guidance.
• Your English language skills are proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• You have a high willingness to travel, including to European countries.
