Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the administration of our IT infrastructure and IT networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
- You will be actively involved in planning the network infrastructure and configuring the active components.
- You will be responsible for the administration of the virtualized Windows server environment.
- You will test, configure, and set up the hardware and software.
- You will provide first and second level support.
- You will maintain and further develop our ticket and monitoring system.
- You will further develop and maintain our Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint and Teams telephony.
- You will be involved in the preparation and further development of security and compliance guidelines.
- You work with external service providers and are responsible for the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship, a degree in IT, or have a comparable qualification.
- You have some relevant work experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
- You have experience in the administration of Windows server environments and a network infrastructure based on TCP/IP.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their use, as well as Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS in Windows environments.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of IT security, including network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN), Windows operating systems, and virtualization.
- You are characterized by very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You are characterized by an independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working.
