Responsibilities
- Telephone and written customer advice and support for the Lindnerhof product range and merchandise
- Processing orders, returns and repairs
- Maintaining information relevant to customer relations in the CRM and ERP system
- Collaboration in data maintenance and further development of the HQG online shop
- Collaboration in the creation and further development of the product range
- Trade fair visits and customer appointments with corresponding travelling activities
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable career
- Strong product and industry affinity (e.g. from the military, police or hunting sectors)
- Several years of professional experience in sales, dealer business and eCommerce
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong service awareness as well as an eloquent and self-confident demeanour
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Solution-oriented hands-on mentality and team player with organisational skills
