Your mission

• You independently implement projects from the product idea of our customers (police/military/special forces) through conceptualization, development, and pattern construction to market-ready product.
• You create, modify, and grade patterns in CAD Assyst.
• You prepare all necessary production documents and oversee prototype and sample production.
• You define and select suitable application-specific materials.
• You support production in collaboration with quality assurance on technical inquiries regarding the product.
• You provide product-related advice to our sales team and customers.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed studies or training as a pattern maker or cutter (m/f/d) or have a solid clothing and pattern-making education or degree in clothing technology (m/f/d), tailor (m/f/d), saddler (m/f/d), bag maker (m/f/d), or equivalent qualifications.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the mentioned tasks.
• Existing product knowledge in the outdoor, military, workwear sectors (textiles / outer fabrics / materials) is advantageous.
• You demonstrate interest in the product and willingness to engage with it.
• You possess a high degree of initiative, communication skills, independence, as well as solution- and user-oriented thinking.
• Ideally, you have experience with CAD systems (preferably Assyst) and PLM systems.
• You are proficient in using common Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
