As a Senior Account Executive, you take independent ownership of the complete end-to-end sales process for your accounts - from first contact through pilot phases to successful closing, rollout, and upsell. You make sure our deals get the attention they need, our pipeline scales, and customers achieve measurable results with AI.

• You drive the entire sales cycle for your accounts – from first contact through strategic consulting and the pilot phase to successful closing. You're the engine that powers the deal from start to finish.
• You build lasting relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders (IT, Innovation). You're not a salesperson but a valued sparring partner who reveals potential and builds trust.
• You dive deep into our platform and the AI landscape. This way, you translate complex technical topics into clear business value and position yourself as a trusted advisor for our customers.
• You maintain your deals in the CRM not merely for documentation, but as a strategic tool for precise forecasts, so you never miss an opportunity.
• Hand in hand with our Customer Success team, you make sure our customers aren't just satisfied after closing, but achieve measurable success with our platform.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in a startup / scaleup) and can point to a clear track record - experience selling to the Mittelstand/SMEs is a plus
• You sell confidently to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically-driven organizations and structure complex, consultative sales processes through to closing
• You have a strong technical understanding and experience with AI products - enabling you to communicate technical concepts credibly and in an easily understandable way
• You work in a structured way using SPICED, SPINN, or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and take a consultative approach
• You communicate fluently in German and English
