In this role, you will shape our training and development initiatives, ensuring our team thrives. You will identify training needs, plan our onboarding program, and use data-driven insights to drive professional growth and satisfaction. You will also set up and analyze performance processes and engagement surveys to maintain a motivated team. Collaborating with various stakeholders on People & Culture projects, including DEIB, you will promote our performance culture. What Makes You Special

  • Learning and Development Specialist. You bring first experiences in a People/HR role with a focus on learning and development, talent development, or similar areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree. You’ve graduated or are about to graduate in Psychology, Business Education or similar.
  • Strategic and Creative Thinker. You are innovative and strategic, passionate about delivering meaningful, memorable experiences that drive employee engagement and development.
  • Data-Driven Analyst. You excel in using data-driven approaches to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions that enhance learning and development initiatives.
