Your Tasks:
- Assisting guests with check in and check out, questions and concerns and initiating/implementing appropriate actions
- Achieving efficient guest satisfaction in compliance with Meliá Hotels International standards and by ensuring polite and courteous behavior towards guests and colleagues
- Professional handling and forwarding of guest complaints during the night
- Monitoring the correct management of the hotel cash register, invoicing and billing, preparing upselling statements
- Complete and correct processing of all guest data and system maintenance
- Efficient processing and filing or forwarding of incoming and outgoing correspondence for guests
- Preparation and follow-up of the day
Your Profile:
- Completed training
- Host mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally also with the hotel software PMS Opera an advantage
- Organizational talent
