For our automation division, we are looking for a Business Specialist (M/F/D) in a full-time position with a focus on Commercial Project Management / Documentation – effective immediately

Creating business documents in our ERP system in coordination with colleagues from the technical department, for both customers and suppliers

Documentation and Tracking

Documentation and Tracking of Inquiries

Master Data Maintenance

Master Data Maintenance in the ERP System

Procurement and Goods Receiving

Monitoring delivery times, verifying incoming goods, and entering delivery notes and supplier invoices into the ERP system

Preparing and monitoring project cost estimates in consultation with management, in accordance with the specified cost-estimation methodology
