As an Advisory Consultant specializing in Modular Production and Pharma 4.0 at Memo3 Gmb H, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our consulting portfolio for clients in the life sciences and process industries.

You will contribute to advancing innovative practices and thought leadership in modular, digital, and scalable production by strengthening client advisory services, supporting digitalization projects, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth.

Your expertise will help clients navigate the transition to modular production environments, evaluate and implement cutting‑edge technologies, and accelerate their time to market from initial concept and feasibility through to successful execution.

Working closely with both our engineering and implementation teams, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical reality, ensuring that client solutions are not only innovative but also compliant, practical, and built to last.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic consulting engagements focused on modular production, Pharma 4.0, and digitalization for clients in the life sciences and process industries.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for modular and digital transformation.
• Develop and present tailored concepts, roadmaps, and recommendations that address clients' specific operational and regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on the selection and integration of leading technology solutions, including platforms from Copa‑Data, Siemens, and others.
• Support the design of compliant master data concepts, recipe frameworks, and digitalization strategies for modular plant environments.
• Collaborate closely with Memo3's engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from consulting to project execution.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key client stakeholders across all levels — from operational teams to executive management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts and through your professional network.
• Contribute to the development of Memo3's consulting methodology, frameworks, and thought leadership content.
• Support pre‑sales activities including proposals, presentations, and client workshops.

Your Profile

• University degree in process engineering, business administration or information system management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a consulting, advisory, or project management role within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or process industry.
• Solid understanding of modular production concepts, MTP (Module Type Package), Pharma 4.0 principles, and/or GMP‑regulated environments.
• Experience working with automation and digitalization technologies; familiarity with platforms such as Copa‑Data or Siemens is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, so you can translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership and drive results independently.
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
